Refund Policy :

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE TO KIRSTIN IKEDA at quakerlacrossecamps@gmail.com.

REFUND TIMELINE (please read):

On/Before Friday, November 15: A refund $200 less then camp fee ($445 refund for overnight and $315 refund for commuter campers).

Between Saturday, November 16 to Sunday, November 24: Any cancellations occurring between Saturday, November 16, 2019 and Sunday, November 24 must include a doctor's note of injury/illness in order for a refund (less $200 non-refundable deposit) of camp fee. All other cancellations will not receive a refund/credit.

Between Monday, November 25 to Camp Start: No refunds/credits will be issued.

**Camp Fees are $645 for Overnight Campers and $510 for Commuter Campers. Camp fees are not inclusive of the processing fees charged at the time of registration. These processing fees are non-refundable.
